Our mentoring program pairs experienced Rockallers with colleagues to great a supporting relationship in the workplace. Focused on career and talent development. both mentors and mentees are trained on how to get the best from their involvement. We find that mentoring is a great way to foster cross-team involvement and to break down any silo’s that inadvertently develop.
