We want to make the world a better place in any small or big way we can, and actively support individual and team charity initiatives. We match donations and, corporately, donate to staff-nominated causes every year. Every member of staff is given a charity day so that they can give hands on help to the causes they care about.
We like to upskill but sometimes we down tools! Our company-sponsored sports & social club runs a busy agenda including weekly pilates and sea swimming (eek!). Our two annual parties are pretty epic. Otherwise, you’ll have to settle for kayaking, sailing, hillwalking, wine-tasting and lots more besides during the year!
We all started somewhere and we haven’t forgotten this, which makes us passionate about fostering young talent. Rockall supports all kinds of internships and graduate training. Annually, we also support the teen-turn program (turning teens towards tech) and high-school students scoping out careers in technology.
We are open and transparent. Our monthly communications meet up is an all hands check in so that we all know what’s going on and what’s new. Every team member has an annual training budget to devote to learning and our mentoring and coaching programs strengthen us individually and as a team.
